How Bibline works
No bidding and no haggling. Bibs go to whoever has waited longest, at the price the seller originally paid. When a bib is offered, the first person in line gets 12 hours to accept. Then buyer and seller have 48 hours to complete the transfer. If it falls through because of the seller, the buyer goes back to their spot at the top.
